Booking for winter
Catered prices include:
Apres ski & a 4 course evening meal with wine for adults and soft drinks of your choice for children.
Children have meals around 6.30pm, adults around 8pm
Vegetarian, diabetic and Gluten free diets on request.
English/Continental style breakfast.
These prices do not include bar charges.
Room may not be available before 4pm on day of arrival
All rooms to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Luggage can be left.
Transfers: 30 euros per person each way to a maximum of 210 euros each way for up to 8
people.
These prices include pick up from/to Geneva airport, Geneva, Cluses or Thonon train station and Ardent, Morzine,
Prodains & Les Gets piste transfers.
Taxi service (between 8am-10.30pm) into Morzine and Grande Terche.
Driving
with your own car but would like PISTE transfers. 25 euros per
person per week.
No waiting for ski buses, we drop you off at the piste and pick you up at a pre-arranged time and place.
WINTER RESERVATIONS
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full balance due 28 days before arrival.
A group of family or friends booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required by all persons at the time of
booking.
Full balance due 28 days before arrival.
Winter Self catered
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full balance due 28 days before arrival.
Self Catered
A 250.00 euro
damage deposit is due on top of the hire fee. This deposit is returned if
no malicious damage occurs

| In the unlikely event that we are
forced to make any substantial changes to your holiday or even
cancel it, we will offer you a full refund or the option of
purchasing an alternative holiday from us and you either receiving or
paying any corresponding price difference. If you do accept a refund, we will be under no further liability outside the holiday costs. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by 'Force Majeure'. In these booking conditions, 'Force Majeure' means any event which we, or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside of our control. |
We reserve the right to amend prices; however once your deposit is paid the price is guaranteed. All surcharges and local taxes are included in the price.
