There are two ways going to Saint Jean d'Aulps, through the north or the south. The northern route may be a little bit longer, but will usually go faster. The southern route will lead you higher through the mountains and goes first through all other winter sport villages.

The northern route goes from the A40 near Geneva to Annemasse(N206), Lully(D903) to Thonon or from Switzerland via St Gingolph, Evian over the N5 to Thonon.
From Thonon follow direction Morzine via the D902.
Just before entering the Village of St Jean D'Aulps you will
see a sign above road which says "Bienevue St Jean", take
the 1st right then after 50m you will pass Renault, continue and take
second road right by stone cross, direction les Mouilles (1st right is
only a small road, easily missed),. Follow road, over bridge and after a sharp turn to the left,
Chalet Christiania is on your left opposite the road of Le Jourdil.
The southern route goes from the A40 via Cluses, Taninges, Les Gets, Morzine over the D902.
After exiting the town of of Saint Jean d'Aulps take the 1st left road
situated under the sign neon "Bienevue St Jean", after 50m you
will pass Renault, continue and take second road right by stone cross, direction les
Mouilles (1st right is only a small road, easily missed). Follow road, over bridge and after a sharp turn to the left,
Chalet Christiania is on your left opposite the road of Le Jourdil.
