MORZINE, LES GETS, ST JEAN D'AULPS, AVORIAZ SKIING

Just 6km from Morzine in the Portes du Soleil our catered chalet with self catered options situated in St Jean d'Aulps is ideal for skiing or walking. 

Since 2003 we have run our own chalet in St Jean d'Aulps and can offer skiers and walkers alike an excellent service with the assurance that we will ensure in every way possible  that you have a stress free, well organised holiday.

Nothing is too much trouble at Chalet Christiania, and we hope you will find us friendly, attentive, and resourceful.
On the first day of arrival we will accompany you to our local ski hire shop in St Jean d'Aulps, a family business, which has a reputation for excellence and competitive prices. There you will be able to hire equipment or have a trial hire of ski’s and boots with the option to buy at the end of your holiday. Lift passes can also be pre –arrange and picked up at the Grande Terche. 
After dinner on your first evening we will invite English speaking Instructors from the ESF or British Alpine Ski school to the chalet to discuss your lesson requirements – this is also a good opportunity to find out where the best slopes and snow are to be found. 
On the days that you choose not to ski, the chalet will be a welcoming retreat with its warming log fire, relaxing atmosphere, the garden with excellent views of the Grand Terche and Mount Evian has full day sunshine and is shielded from the wind. Sledging down the garden bank has always been popular with the children who have stayed with us. 
We can also arrange a home massage by a qualified sports massage therapist, for those with aching muscles and minor twinges. 

We also offer our guests who have opted for airport transfers, a free taxi service into Morzine allowing you to visit the numerous ski & tourist shops, bars and restaurants the resort has to offer.

Shopping, if you have forgotten something, or just need a few provisions for the slope, give us a list in the morning and we will be happy to pop to the shops for you.

Whilst we have always steered away from publishing guest comment's as they can never be authenticated, we have had a number of compliments over the season.  The vast majority of our guest's have been more than satisfied with our service and have all commented on the great food and service, not at all what they expected going by our prices.   We would like to thank all our guest new and old and look forward to seeing you this coming season.
